This is the call to start using spare change to promote Ron Paul!
Why use the penny as a political statement? And how does this tie in with Ron Paul?
The value of the coin is near nothing. The penny is cheap, easy to obtain, versatile, and it means exactly what we mean to say in more ways than one:
1.) Tossing pennies into wishing wells represents our hopes and dreams.
2.) It’s a mockery of Obama’s “Hope & Change” message because it is REAL CHANGE!!
3.) It represents the devaluation of our currency through the federal reserve.
4.) Since a penny is merely a zinc slug ‘painted’ copper it is a representation of the fraudulent moral values of our government.
This list could get way out of hand, begging the question why aren’t we using this? It’s not hard, anyone can participate, and it means what we want to say.
